Privacy Policy

This policy explains what PE Mentor, operated by AVOXIQ, LLC, collects when you use the app, and why. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

AccountName (optional), email, and your password (handled by Firebase Authentication), or your Google sign-in details.
Study profileExam type, exam date, daily goal, time zone, how you heard about us, and a profile photo if you upload one.
Learning activityAnswers, scores, lesson progress, XP, streaks and readiness scores.
BillingYour plan, payment status and purchase history. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
Exam waitlistFirst name, last name, email, and the exams you asked to hear about. Used only to tell you when they open.
University inquiriesName, university, email and phone, if you contact us about cohort access.

How we use it

To run your account, personalize your practice, show your progress, process payments, answer support requests, and send service emails such as verification, receipts and account notices.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the product:

  • Google Firebase: data storage, authentication and file storage
  • Stripe: payments
  • Google Fonts and jsDelivr: fonts and page assets

We don’t sell or rent personal information and don’t share it for cross-context advertising.

Cookies and local storage

We use them to keep you signed in and to remember settings such as dark mode. We don’t use advertising cookies.

Your choices and rights

To access, correct, export or delete your data, email Loading support email…. We reply within [30] days. Depending on where you live, for example California, you may have additional rights.

Children

PE Mentor is not intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
