1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of PE Mentor, a service of AVOXIQ, LLC, a limited liability company based in New Jersey (“we”, “us”). Questions: Loading support email….

2. Your account

Each account is for one person. Give accurate information, keep your password secure, and don’t share your login. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • See the current pricing page for available plans, prices, introductory offers and renewal terms. The terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • We’ll email you at least 7 days before any price change affects your renewal.

4. Promotional pricing

Promotional rates apply only until the expiry date shown on the pricing page.

5. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from Profile, then Plan and Billing, then Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

6. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

7. Access codes and university licenses

Access codes are personal and can’t be transferred. They may expire, and we may revoke a code that is shared or resold.

8. Acceptable use

Don’t copy, scrape, resell or share our content; don’t post our questions publicly; don’t reverse engineer or disrupt the service.

9. Your content

All lessons, questions, flashcards and graphics belong to AVOXIQ, LLC. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-commercial license to use them while your access is active.

10. Exam disclaimer

  • FE and PE exams are developed and administered by NCEES. PE Mentor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCEES or any state licensing board. Our practice questions are original and are not actual exam questions.
  • PE Mentor helps you prepare but does not guarantee that you will pass any exam or become licensed. Readiness scores are estimates based on your practice, not a prediction of your official result.
  • Content is for exam preparation, not professional engineering advice. Don’t rely on it for design work.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey.

13. Changes to these Terms

We’ll tell you about material changes by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use PE Mentor after that means you accept the new Terms.
